Nicki van‘t Riet

Nicki van‘t Riet is a public interest, human rights and pro bono lawyer in the practice’s Public Interest Law Department. Nicki deals with a range of civil matters intended to impact on the public good and to provide access to justice for indigent individuals and a diverse range of NGO’s.
Nicki’s interests lies in the promotion and protection of human rights with specific emphasis on social-economic rights and providing access to justice for the poor and vulnerable.
Nicki holds the degrees of Bachelor of Arts, an LLB both from the University of Cape Town and an LLM in Human Rights Law from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Nicki was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2007 and is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces.
