• Large property portfolio sale We acted for AFHCO Holdings (Pty) Ltd in the sale of a large property portfolio in the inner city of Johannesburg June 2010
• Leeuw Mining and Exploration (Proprietary) Limited We acted for Leeuw Mining and shareholders in a transaction that involved the re-financing of certain debt August 2010
• Ninety residential homes in a game reserve We established the legal infrastructure for a new development in Hoedspruit
• Property - Establishment of a housing estate We represented the Falcon Group Limitada in a transaction in Sao Tome for the establishment of a housing estate April 2010
• Re-structuring of property portfolios We attended to the re-structure of certain property portfolios within the FirstRand Bank Group June 2010
• The Hoedspruit central land claims We currently represent five clients in the land claims referral of the Hoedspruit Central Land Claims which has now been referred to the Land Claims Court. January 2011
