- Representing the Bombela Civils Joint Venture (Pty) Ltd in five construction disputes against the provincial government
- Representing Ilembe EPC Joint Venture in multiple construction disputes with one of the its subcontractors for the construction of the new Durban airport
- Representing PD Naidoo & Associates Consulting Engineers in a dispute concerning the construction of the Hemingways Shopping Centre in East London
- Representing Resolute Mining Ltd in a dispute concerning the construction of a mine in Mali
- Advising Northern Cape Provincial Government in relation to construction guarantees and performance bonds issued by a large insurance company for the Kimberley Conference Centre
