Laura Mucha is a dispute resolution lawyer and solicitor-advocate based in London.
She has a broad experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, in particular, defamation, privacy, data theft, confidential information, data protection and computer misuse offences, fraudulent websites / domain name disputes, social media, trade marks, copyright and patents. Laura also has experience of financial services and business ethics / corruption investigations in the UK and overseas. Laura has worked in our Hong Kong office and has been seconded to the Nestlé UK legal department.
