Lucy Wolley Dod is a banking and Islamic finance lawyerr based in London where she heads our Real Estate Finance Group.
Lucy has extensive experience in a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions and advises in particular on real estate and project finance, including Shariah-compliant structures. She regularly acts for lenders and borrowers and she also has particular expertise in debt restructurings and leveraged acquisitions.
