26 March 2012

The London office of international legal practice Norton Rose LLP has advised Ivanhoé Cambridge on an investment of over £100,000,000 in a partnership with Residential Land and Apollo Global Real Estate Management.

The venture will invest in prime residential properties in Central London and has already acquired four buildings.

"This has been a fantastic opportunity to work for a client who is already well known to our Montreal office and is active outside of Canada".

The Norton Rose LLP team was led by corporate partner Mark Lloyd Williams assisted by Claire O'Donnell, Nicolas Sirtoli, Lily Kotsana and Samantha Hurrell.

Banking advice was provided by partner Lucy Wolley Dod assisted by Sarah Cullen and William Lo whilst partner John Challoner and Kristy Cooper advised on tax and Onni Roy on real estate.
