Our recent work:
- Advising on the Theun - Hinboun Hydropower Project, assisting the project company on a 210MW hydropower project supported by the Asian Development Bank and three ECAs
- Acting for a joint venture company between GMS Power, Marubeni, Total S.A. and China Development Industrial Bank, on all aspects of the development and financing the US$250 million, 350MW gas-fired Eastern Power project
- Advising Natural Power Company Limited and Pure Carbon Services GmbH on their joint investment with Modern Green Power Company Limited in relation to development of a biogas CDM project in Krabi Province
- Advising MFC Energy Fund on its acquisition of 24.99% in L Solar Co Ltd., a 8 MW solar project located in Prachin Buri Province, Thailand
- Advising Dan Chang Bio-Energy Co., Ltd, a Thai CDM project company, on the implementation of an organic waste composting project, including the preparation of ERPA for the sale of carbon credits to be generated from the project
- Advising a Japanese utility on an O&M contract for the 1400MW Ratchaburi gas-fired IP
