Our Thailand corporate team has developed a leading practice in the region, having recently advised on some of the largest and most complex corporate transactions in Thailand. With strong expertise across our key industry sectors, we provide commercially-minded and innovative advice to a range of major corporations throughout: financial institutions; energy; infrastructure, mining and commodities; transport; technology and innovation; and pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
Working alongside our corporate specialists throughout the Asia Pacific region, we provide both local and pan-Asian advice to our clients in all areas of corporate law. We also advise on the local aspects of major cross-border transactions, sitting as part of an international team of corporate lawyers based throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Central Asia.

Our recent work:
- Advising Woori Bank on the issue of three series of Thai Baht debentures with a total value of Bt5 billion
- Advising HSBC as the lead arranger and bondholders' representative (Trustee), on the issue an offering of Baht denominated bonds in Thailand by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (part of World Bank) with a total value of Bt1.25 billion
- Advising PTT Aromatics on the implementation of its merger with PTT Chemical
- Advising SS National Logistics (SSN) on the acquisition of 41.5% of shares in Serm Suk, the exclusive bottler and distributor of PepsiCo Group's beverage products in Thailand, in a Bt6.4 billion deal
- Advising CAT Telecom Public Company Limited on its proposed privatisation and initial public offering including issues relating to ESOPs
- Advising Bangkok Bank on the capital restructuring and change of management in relation to the Niko Mahanakorn Hotel (now, the Grand Hotel) Ratchadapisek Road
- As a member of the consortium, advising the Department of Aviation, Ministry of Transport Thailand on a report of the regulatory regime of the Thai air transport sector
