Pavel Kvíčala is a corporate and banking lawyer based in Prague. He specialises in corporate law, including M&A, private equity and restructuring and banking (acquisition, project and asset finance), and also has extensive experience in telecommunications and regulatory matters.

Pavel's previous experience includes advising major Czech and international banks and corporates on a number of high profile privatisations and restructurings. He has also advised foreign investors on acquisitions in the Czech manufacturing, leisure and telecommunications sectors. Pavel's regulatory expertise includes advising a major Czech telecoms company on corporate governance and shareholder relations issues and advising a US multinational on acquisition-related competition and regulatory issues.

Pavel graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University in 1997, joined the Prague practice in 1998 and became a partner in 2006. A native Czech speaker, he speaks fluent English. Pavel is a member of the Czech Bar and is also registered as a foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales.
