Our recent work:
- Advising a syndicate of Indonesian and Malaysian lenders led by PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (BII), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad and PT Bank Maybank Syariah Indonesia on the refinancing of the Asahan 90MW hydropower project in Sumatra. The financing comprised both conventional and Islamic financing, including a commodity Murabahah, a term Murabahah and a Qard facility. The conventional facilities have both US Dollar and Indonesian Rupiah tranches
