Norton Rose berät die Aktionäre der Weener Plastik AG beim Verkauf an Lindsay Goldberg

Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Norton Rose hat die Aktionäre der Weener Plastik AG beim Verkauf des Unternehmens an den Private Equity-Investor Lindsay Goldberg beraten. Die Verträge wurden am 2. Februar 2012 unterzeichnet. Die Transaktion wurde vom Bundeskartellamt am 14. Februar 2012 freigegeben.
Die Weener Plastik AG entwickelt, gestaltet und fertigt Kunststoffverpackungen für die Bereiche des täglichen Bedarfs, insbesondere Kosmetik, Körperpflege, Lebensmittel, Haushalt sowie Chemie und Pharmazie. Das Unternehmen verfügt weltweit über Fertigungsstätten in 21 Ländern und beschäftigt insgesamt 1.200 Mitarbeiter.
Lindsay Goldberg LLC (New York) verwaltet Eigenmittel von rund 10 Mrd. US-Dollar und wird in Zentraleuropa von Lindsay Goldberg Vogel GmbH (Düsseldorf) vertreten.
