Litigation and dispute resolution
Our Moscow litigation and dispute resolution team specialises in cross-border and domestic civil and commercial litigation as well as international arbitration. We represent the interests of domestic and international clients in the Russian state commercial courts, courts of general jurisdiction, and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings involving Russia-related claims.
As part of the firm’s global litigation and dispute resolution group, we are able to advice on complex cross-border disputes, working closely with our specialist contentious lawyers throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America and Central Asia.
We are experienced in handling high value, complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including bankruptcy related court proceedings and we have significant expertise across our key industry sectors: financial institutions; energy; infrastructure, mining and commodities; transport; technology and innovation; and pharmaceuticals and life sciences.
