International trade
We advise companies doing business in Russia on the international rules governing trade in goods, services, and information and intellectual property rights. We also advise governments and companies on Russian laws and treaties governing customs, excise, licensing, certification and other issues related to trade between Russia and other countries in the region.
Our lawyers participated in advising the Russian government on its current application to accede to the World Trade Organisation (WTO). We have provided legal advice to the Russian Ministry of Trade and have also assisted the Russian government in the development of its application to join the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).
