Norton Rose voted as employer most lawyers would like to work for
28 June 2012

For the second year running in Legal Week's 2012 Employee Satisfaction Survey

International legal practice Norton Rose Group has been jointly voted the most coveted law firm to work for by lawyers at rival firms for the second year running.

Norton Rose Group emerged as the law firm associates at rival firms would most like to work for in the Legal Week Intelligence flagship Employee Satisfaction Report 2012.

Legal Week Intelligence rankings for the Employee Satisfaction survey 2012 were based on responses from 5,242 lawyers below partner level at 70 UK and international law firms operating in London – the highest-ever response rate to the annual survey.

Norton Rose Group performed particularly strongly in terms of the:

  • Strategic direction of the firm
  • International opportunities available
  • Locations where the practice works
  • Physical environment of offices

Peter Martyr, Group Chief Executive, Norton Rose Group said:

“We are delighted to receive this response. We have a clear idea about what we are trying to achieve and a clear view of what it should be like to work at Norton Rose. We are glad that is an experience that others want to share.”
