Ian Moore is a corporate finance lawyer based in London. He specialises in private equity and related fund structuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and small to mid-cap equity capital markets work.
Ian has acted for private equity funds, large corporates, listed companies, investment banks, management teams and family offices. He has previously spent time on secondment with the London based corporate finance arm of a European investment banking group, during which time he focused on equity fundraisings for listed companies and IPOs.
Ian joined us as a partner in 2007.
