Glenn Cheng is a construction and engineering lawyer and senior foreign counsel based in Singapore.
Glenn specialises in engineering and construction law in projects involving oil and gas, civil and marine engineering, PPP/PFI infrastructure and building work, as well as in international arbitration where he sits as senior Foreign Counsel, or as Arbitrator.
From 2003 to the present date, Glenn has been commended annually in leading industry publications including Asia Legal Business, Asia Law & Practice and Asia Legal 500 in his fields of expertise. In 2009, he was inducted into the International Who’s Who of Professionals in the United States.
Glenn is presently a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (FSIArb), and a Fellow of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (FMIArb). He sits on the panels of Arbitrators in the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Oil & Gas Sector panel of arbitrators in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). In 2006 and 2007, Glenn was part of a team of lawyers which drafted the Singapore Law Society’s Inaugural Edition Arbitration Scheme (LSAS) Arbitration Rules.
