Leigh is an asset finance lawyer based in Singapore. He is a partner and head of Asia aviation finance. He has particular
expertise in aircraft finance, ship finance, and cross-border leasing and structured finance transactions.
Leigh has acted for airlines (including regional flag carriers), shipping companies, export-credit agencies, major financial
institutions, arrangers, leasing companies and investors on a range of matters including syndicated loans, pre-delivery financings,
securitisations, the sale and purchase of aircraft, cross-border and domestic aircraft leases and leases of vessels and rolling
stock, tax-enhanced structures, airline mergers and the granting and enforcement of security.
Leigh's experience also includes project and acquisition finance, restructurings and general banking.
