Charles is a banking lawyer specialising in energy projects. He advises developers, commercial banks and ECAs/multilateral financing institutions on power, petrochemical and oil and gas projects.
From 2003 until 2005 he was based in our office in Milan.
Charles received international finance and law degrees from the University of Georgia and an LLM from the London School of Economics. He is qualified to practice in England and New York.
