Julienne Chang

Julienne Chang is an antitrust, competition and regulatory lawyer based in Hong Kong.
Julienne specialises in international and European competition (antitrust) law and other national regulatory matters. Her work experience includes antitrust litigation, multi-jurisdictional merger filings, international cartel investigations and competition compliance issues. She has represented European and Asian companies active in a number of industrial sectors, including television broadcasting, transport, banking, petrochemicals, energy, food and other consumer goods.
Julienne is a member of the Bar in Paris and a registered foreign lawyer in Hong Kong. She speaks French (native) and English.
