Andrew E. Franklin

Andrew Franklin practises in all areas of intellectual property law. Mr. Franklin worked at the firm as a summer student in 2008 and articled with the firm in 2009-2010. During his articles he was seconded to GlaxoSmithKline Inc.
Throughout law school Mr. Franklin participated in the Lerners Cup, the Zuber Moot and Gale Cup Moot advocacy competitions. He was awarded top oralist in each of the Lerners Cup and the Zuber Moot.
Mr. Franklin’s graduate research in the area of psychoneuroimmunology focused on circadian rhythms in immune function and behavioural responses to bacterial infection. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Franklin managed a university-based research group devoted to the discovery of an animal model for autism spectrum disorders.
