Richard Sheen is a corporate lawyer based in London. He has an extensive practice area covering mergers and acquisitions, equity fundraisings and investment funds.

Richard's particular area of specialisation is in the financial institutions sector. His clients include international investment banks, brokers and other financial institutions as well as companies listed on the Official List and AIM. He also has considerable experience of the establishment and structuring of investment funds.

Richard, who is the head of the Asset Management International Business Group, joined the London practice as a trainee solicitor in 1989 and became a partner in 1998.
