Glenn Hall is a corporate lawyer based in London. He specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, ECM transactions, joint ventures, privatisations and restructurings.
Glenn graduated with a first class honours degree from Durham University where he was also a prize-winning scholar. On qualification as a lawyer in 1994 he joined our corporate department. Glenn was the 1997 Fulbright Fellow in US securities law taking up a scholarship at Georgetown University in Washington DC and working on secondment at a major US legal practice. He was made a partner in 2001. From 2002 - 2007 Glenn was a resident partner in our Hong Kong office. He is now based in London.
