Donatella de Lieto Vollaro is a corporate lawyer based in Milan.
Donatella specialises in equity and debt capital markets and has expertise also in matters relating to the regulation of banks and financial services institutions.
Prior to joining our practice Donatella trained for three years at an Italian firm. From 2002-2003 she was seconded to our London office (Corporate Department) and for a period of four months in 2004 she was seconded to the London office of an international bank. In 2005 Donatella completed a one-year secondment at an Italian bank (Primary Fixed Income Markets Department).
Donatella read law magna cum laude at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. She qualified as an Italian lawyer in 2001.
Donatella is a native Italian speaker and she is fluent in English.
