Kate Tomlinson is a corporate know-how lawyer based in London. She specialises in international corporate transactions.
Kate joined our office in 1999 and qualified into the London corporate department in 2001. As a transactional lawyer, Kate has wide experience of advising on corporate transactions, particularly in the mining industry where she worked closely with clients predominantly in Africa on IPOs, public and private M&A. From 2008, Kate began dividing her time between her fee-earning role within Corporate and a role developing client facing know-how products aimed at training and updating clients on topical legal developments in corporate law. Kate was promoted to Of Counsel in 2010.
