The Amsterdam tax department provides progressive, innovative tax advice on all areas of commercial taxation and works closely with colleagues in other parts of the group on transactions spanning the range of industries and jurisdictions in which our clients operate.

How we work

In the Netherlands the tax team is renowned for working on a fully integrated basis with colleagues from the corporate finance, banking and projects departments. This enables us to deliver seamless and highly effective service. The team prides itself on its targeted and cost efficient advice and always takes into account the commercial background of the transaction.

With a strong focus on transactions, we have a depth of experience of advising corporates and (institutional) investors/ financiers on general deal structuring, joint-ventures/partnerships and tax enhanced structured finance transactions.
