Our infrastructure business in Amsterdam is headed by the ‘impressive’ Daphne Broerse (Legal 500 EMEA 2010). We offer in-depth legal advice across all infrastructure disciplines, including project finance/PPP, concession contracts, construction and operation contracts, finance and security documents, secondary market and infrastructure acquisitions, public sector advisory roles, environment, real estate, public procurement, dispute resolution, infra funds, derivatives and securitisation. The team provides a combination of expert legal knowledge, practical understanding and application that is tailored to our clients’ business needs. We aim to really add value whether it be through developing innovative solutions, working with clients to win work or build their business, or simply sharing knowledge.
