Corporate transactions, changes in the market, increase or decrease in size of an organisation and many other events affecting an organisation, often involve various employment aspects. The Amsterdam employment team provides practical, hands on employment advice on these areas of employment law.
How we work
As part of the corporate finance department, the Amsterdam employment team works closely together with the corporate, tax, litigation and banking practice groups thus offering integrated effective legal services, taking into account the commercial backgrounds of the transaction.
In addition, the Amsterdam employment team is part of our global employment, pensions and incentive practice, consisting of over 100 Employment Services lawyers globally. Our Employment Services lawyers also provide international expertise in the areas of pensions, employee incentives, litigation/disputes and tax in order to provide a full range of services to our international clients.
