Norton Rose advises Berenberg Bank on € 35 million capital increase of Pfleiderer AG

A team of lawyers from the Frankfurt and London office of international legal practice Norton Rose LLP has advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, Hamburg, as lead manager and sole bookrunner in rela-tion to an international placement of shares from a capital increase without pre-emptive rights of Pflei-derer AG, Neumarkt/Germany, with institutional investors in Europe and North America following an ac-celerated book building process on 4 February 2010. The shares of Pfleiderer AG are traded in the MDAX of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Pfleiderer Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of engi-neered wood, surface finished products and laminate flooring. The gross proceeds for Pfleiderer AG from the placement amount to approximately € 35 million. Following the placement, the new shares will be admitted to trading in the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
