Market-leading finance / infrastructure team joins Norton Rose in Colombia

Norton Rose is pleased to announce that Luis Carlos Neira Mejía and his team of lawyers from the highly respected and well-known Colombian firm Holguin Neira & Pombo have joined our Bogotá office to continue the rapid expansion of the global firm in the Colombian market.
Luis Carlos has a long and distinguished legal career and is highly-ranked by Chambers & Partners and other leading legal publications. He and his associates have joined Norton Rose in Colombia to bring their extensive practice and expertise in banking, finance, infrastructure, maritime law, aviation and capital markets to the firm’s unmatched global platform.
Luis Carlos and his group also have a very strong reputation in mergers and acquisitions, which is one of the core businesses of Norton Rose’s Bogotá office.
