Norton Rose advises Italy's state lender CDP on financing to Acsm-Agam Reti Gas Acqua

The Rome office of the leading international law firm Norton Rose has advised Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA ("CDP") on a loan agreement with Acsm-Agam Reti Gas Acqua for a maximum of €39.8 million for the development and extension of gas distribution networks in the regions of Lombardy and Veneto as well as for the acquisition of new concessions for the distribution of natural gas. The loan agreement is divided into two lines, the first for €21.8 million and the second for €18 million and has a duration of nine years. It is guaranteed by Acsm Agam SpA.
