New Of Counsel in Prague - Pavlína Beránková

International legal practice Norton Rose Group has promoted 23 lawyers to Of Counsel and Special Counsel. Eleven have been promoted to Of Counsel and twelve to Special Counsel, the Australian equivalent. The move follows the announcement of 36 promotions to partner and director level across the Group in May.
Fourteen of the twenty-three promotions (61%) are women.
The promotions to Of Counsel include Pavlína Beránková in Prague, who has significantly developed the banking and finance practice group in Prague over the last three years. Throughout her career, Pavlína has focussed on projects involving corporate and real estate finance, business restructuring and litigation. She works on projects mainly with domestic and international banks, investment funds and other foreign investors to whom she provides comprehensive legal advice.
