Norton Rose berät die Württembergische Lebensversicherung bei Erwerb von Onshore-Windportfolio

Die internationale Wirtschaftskanzlei Norton Rose LLP hat die Württembergische Lebensversicherung AG beim Erwerb eines Onshore-Windportfolios mit einer Gesamtleistung von 32 Megawatt beraten.
Verkäufer ist der dänische Projektentwickler und Betreiber im Windenergiemarkt Eurowind Energy A/S. Das Unternehmen ist vorwiegend in Deutschland, Dänemark und Polen aktiv.
Für die Württembergische Lebensversicherung ist dies die erste Direktinvestition im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien.
