Norton Rose advises on AIM IPO of Snoozebox Holdings plc

International legal practice Norton Rose LLP has advised Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited in its role as sole broker and nominated adviser in connection with the placing and admission to AIM of Snoozebox Holdings plc.
The company listed on 1 May 2012, with the placing raising gross proceeds of £12 million. The market capitalisation of Snoozebox on admission was £20.5 million.
Snoozebox specialises in the construction, deployment and servicing of portable hotel accommodation. The Snoozebox format is targeted primarily at outdoor events, such as motor racing events and music festivals, and temporary staff accommodation for both the private sector (such as airports, film locations and construction sites) and the public sector (including central and local government and the military).
