Norton Rose advises Vincenzo Zucchi S.p.A. on its capital increase

International legal practice Norton Rose Studio Legale has advised Vincenzo Zucchi S.p.A. (the "Company") on its filing to Consob for the approval of the prospectus for a capital increase. Consob’s approval was obtained on 3 November 2011.
The capital increase consists of an offer of N. 150,142,696 new ordinary shares at a price of € 0.10 to be offered to ordinary and savings shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 27 new ordinary shares for every 5 ordinary shares or savings shares held, with a free allocation of a Vincenzo Zucchi Warrant 2011-2014 for each new share subscribed. The exercise period for the shareholders runs from 7 November 2011 to 25 November 2011. The offer also includes a further capital increase of up to €15,014,269.60 through the issuance of N. 150,142,696 Vincenzo Zucchi Warrants 2011-2014.
Vincenzo Zucchi S.p.A. is a primary Italian luxury goods manufacturer, famous around the world for its high quality household linens, including sheets, bed coverings, towels, rugs, tablecloths, curtains, and upholstery fabrics.
