Our China practice group was established in 2001. Building on our existing substantial experience of assisting major international corporations to complete transactions in China, the China practice group confirms our commitment to a country whose economic importance is expanding on both a regional and worldwide scale. With China’s accession to the WTO and the business opportunities created from Beijing’s successful bid for the 2008 Olympics, we possess both the experience and local knowledge to assist the foreign business community with its activities in the PRC.

In Beijing we have an established team of lawyers, some of whom were among the first to practise in this market and all of whom have considerable experience in the PRC.
