Our dedicated Japan practice comprises locally based partners supported by a team of experienced lawyers in the Tokyo office, many of whom have specialist skills in advising Asia and Japanese clients. The team is a vital part of our Asia wide practice and acts as a gateway to the rest of our network. The office provides English law advice to clients and is experienced in structuring teams resourced from around the network to efficiently answer clients’ cross border transaction needs. Our lawyers have also accumulated a high level of local know-how which enables them to work hand in hand with our correspondent Japanese law firms where local law advice is required.
