Patrick Farrell is a dispute resolution lawyer based in London where he specialises in aviation litigation.

Patrick acts for airlines, banks, lessors, financiers and insurers, in contentious matters including lease termination, mortgage enforcement and asset repossession worldwide. He has appeared in some of the leading cases in this area, including Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd v CAA (and others) (2010) and Blue Sky One Limited v Blue Airways LLC (and others)(2010). He advises airlines on UK and EU regulatory matters.

Patrick is recommended in Legal 500 UK 2011 where he is described as “absolutely outstanding - hugely experienced in the industry and as a litigator - and has a very in depth global knowledge of repossession issues/local law/lien and procedures in an endless number of jurisdictions ...he is the first port of call when preparing for a possible repossession.” He is recognised in Chambers UK 2012 for his “hard working and pragmatic approach.”
