Caroline is a competition lawyer based in London. She specialises in competition, antitrust and regulatory law.
Caroline advises on all aspects of competition law, including restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid. She regularly advises clients on ensuring their agreements and conduct comply with competition laws. Caroline has worked on preparing notifications to competition authorities in a number of jurisdictions for merger control clearances, including obtaining in one case a rarely granted derogation from the suspensory obligation for mergers notified to the European Commission.
Caroline also has considerable experience of competition investigations and litigation in the UK and EU. This includes ongoing work on appeals to the General Court of the EU from decisions of the European Commission and an appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal from a decision of the Office of Fair Trading.
