Norton Rose advises BIIS on financing for 24 MW wind park in Puglia

Norton Rose Studio Legale has advised Banca Infrastrutture Innovazione e Sviluppo (BIIS) on a project financing for the development of a 24 MW, 12-turbine wind park located in the towns of Deliceto and Ascoli Satriano, both in the Province of Foggia, which is in the Region of Puglia.
Del Energy Srl, a project company 100 percent owned by Whysol Investments I SpA, has secured financing for €45.3 from BIIS for the development of the project. The German company REpower Systems SE will supply the turbines.
The Norton Rose Studio Legale team acting for BIIS was led by Arturo Sferruzza, partner, head of banking (Italy), assisted by Elisabetta Negrini, Chiara Toccagni and Luigi Costa. The project company was assisted by Ottaviano Sanseverino, partner, and associates Francesca Brilli, Mattia Petrillo and Arrigo Arrigoni, of the Italian firm Gianni Origoni Grippo&Partners.

Norton Rose Studio Legale ha assistito Banca Infrastrutture Innovazione e Sviluppo nel finanziamento, su base project finance, di un parco eolico composto da 12 aerogeneratori della potenza complessiva di 24 MW nei Comuni di Deliceto ed Ascoli Satriano, in Provincia di Foggia.
La project company che sta sviluppando il progetto e che ha sottoscritto il contratto di finanziamento da Euro 45.300.000,00 con BIIS è la Del Energy S.r.l., società detenuta al 100% dalla Whysol Investments I S.p.A. Il fornitore delle turbine è la tedesca REpower Systems SE.
