Andrew Rankin is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Brisbane.
Andrew has over 15 years’ experience and has been involved in a wide variety of corporate transactions ranging from private company sales and acquisitions and public company takeovers to floats and secondary issues.
He also has experience of schemes of arrangement, capital reductions, corporate governance and stock exchange issues generally.
Andrew's clients include the Macquarie Infrastructure Group, Brisbane Airport Corporation, Queensland Energy Resources, Consolidated Properties, BSES Limited, Greyhound and Bucyrus.
Andrew is a member of the Law Council of Australia’s Corporations and Trade Practices committees, and he regularly advises on competition law issues.
