Lindsay is an experienced litigator with a broad range of expertise. He has been involved in commissions of enquiry, disputes relating to banking and foreign exchange, contractual and commercial disputes, corporate disputes and applications, energy and infrastructure disputes, disputes relating to aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, disputes relating to trusts and estates, property disputes, trade practices and competition law and valuation.
Lindsay has particular expertise in distribution, franchising and branding disputes, regulatory disputes and enquiries, court applications involving various chapters of the Corporations Act and electricity industry disputes and enquiries.
