Lucia Chan

Lucia Chan is a banking and finance lawyer based in Hong Kong. She has experience in advising both banks and corporate borrowers on secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral loans, trade finance, project finance, cross-border secured lending and general banking transactions. She has also advised banks on taking securing over Hong Kong assets for notes issues in other jurisdictions.
Lucia was admitted in Hong Kong in 2008. Before embarking on the legal profession, she spent five years in the banking industry specialised in syndicated loans and corporate lending. Lucia joined the practice in Hong Kong in 2010. Prior to that, she worked with a premier Australian firm in Hong Kong also in the banking and finance team.
Lucia speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
