Asia competition team member Zhao Jingjing was quoted in a feature article that ran in the October 2011 issue of the Global Competition Review on the third anniversary of China's Antimonopoly Law. Commenting on merger remedies, Jingjing says that from a practical perspective, "Mofcom has demonstrated a cautious approach in its use of the power to impose conditions".
