"Time is often tight. A good team leader will ensure that tasks are broken down and allocated across the team. And trainees from other teams are always willing to get their hands dirty to assist a team under time pressure."

OUR PEOPLE & CULTURE

The working environment

Your everyday working environment will affect the way you feel about your career, as well as the way you perform.

We have a genuine open door policy and lack of hierarchy. We operate in an open environment, in which good ideas are welcomed, considered and acted upon. Of course, the physical working environment is also important to performance and wellbeing.

In May this year our London teams moved to brand new offices at More London Riverside, a prestigious new development on the banks of the River Thames. The building is placed between the Greater London Authority and Ernst & Young, overlooking The Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

The building was designed to our specifications by internationally acclaimed architects Foster and Partners and is one of the most impressive office buildings in London. The design includes a staff restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking Potters Field Park and Tower Bridge, dedicated training facilities including an auditorium, and a nine-storey glass atrium, allowing natural light throughout the building.

A brilliant location on the river, More London Riverside is also a convenient five minute walk from London Bridge mainline/tube station and more than 10 bus routes service the area. The River Thames Boat service and Tower Hill, Monument and Tower Gateway stations are an easy walk away, making More London easily accessible via rail, DLR, bus, river and tube (Jubilee, Northern, District and Circle lines).
