Martin Gdanski is a corporate and banking lawyer based in Paris. He is head of the Paris lease finance, banking and rail practice.

Martin represents both French and international clients in international commercial and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisation and international joint ventures. He is also active in international banking and structured finance transactions including secured and unsecured bank financing, telecommunications finance, acquisition finance, securitisation and debt rescheduling, and financial services regulation.

Martin began his legal career with a New York legal practice and moved to its Paris office in 1978 before becoming a partner in a large French legal practice in 1988. He joined the Paris practice in 1993. Martin is admitted to practice in France and New York.
