Laurence Toxé is a tax lawyer based in Paris.
Laurence’s previous experience includes acting for major international banks, corporates and rating agencies. She specialises in aspects of tax relating to M&A, LBOs, venture capital, collective investment, media and corporate structuring. She has also advised on the tax aspects of a number of asset financings and securitisations.
Laurence joined the Paris practice as a senior associate in June 2001. She became a partner in 2006. Prior to this, she was an associate with a leading French legal practice where she practised French and international tax law for seven years. She studied finance at HEC, a leading French business school, and read law at the University of Paris II -Assas.
