Katrin Scheicht is an employment lawyer based in Munich. She specialises in individual and collective employment law as well as in restructuring projects.
Katrin has wide experience in individual and collective employment law. She provides specialist advice on labour law issues with regard to reorganisations and restructurings, e.g., with regard to rationalisation and closures of companies, as well as on national and international aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She is also a permanent advisor for clients in their day-to-day business on all employment law related matters and regularly assists and represents clients in negotiations with the works council, in arbitration matters and in court proceedings.
Katrin regularly publishes articles on employment law and summaries on new labour court decisions in the Arbeitsrechtsberater, a German legal journal on employment law. She is also a frequent speaker at internal and external client seminars on employment law.
Katrin qualified as a lawyer in 2003 and is also a certified specialist labour lawyer (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht). Before joining us in 2007 she worked for a law firm in Düsseldorf. Katrin is a German native speaker and fluent in English.
