  • Reorganisations, including mass redundancy schemes and outsourcing operations
  • Implementation of policies, either arising out of sectors regulations such as Banking and Financial services regulations, life sciences regulations (DMOS) or group policies (such as whistleblowing)
  • Handling of all collective matters, such as negotiation of collective agreements with unions (notably on working time), dealing with employee representatives (e.g. work’s council), assisting employers on strikes
