Intellectual property and IT
In relation to the food, beverage and consumer goods markets, the intellectual property and technology team can advise extensively on the acquisition and exploitation of trade marks, patents, labelling, packaging, on-pack promotions and retail price promotions, and ancillary intellectual property rights (IPRs), including the negotiation of licences, both in and out, acquisitions and disposals of entire IPR portfolios and distribution agreements.
We have a wide range of expertise in relation to all aspects of the exploitation, use and enforcement of IP rights, and the procurement and use of IT products and services. We also advise on e-commerce, data protection, advertising and marketing law and product regulatory law.
