Our competition and regulatory group has established a leading reputation in the pharmaceuticals and biotech markets. Our strong practice is at the cutting edge of developing anti-trust/competition and regulatory work and our lawyers can advise on competition and regulatory issues at European Union level and in respect of most European countries including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Austria and Belgium.
We have acted for agencies and governments, as well as international pharmaceuticals and cosmetics companies, including advising L'Oréal in obtaining clearance from the French and Italian competition authorities for the acquisition of a Japanese cosmetics company.
